Obituary: Earline Z. Barnhart

Earline Z. Barnhart of Mayflower died Friday, Dec. 25, 2009.

She was born Dec. 26, 1931 in Hattiesburg, Miss., to the late John Houston Busby and Bessie L. Underwood Busby and was preceded in death her husband, Sammy Barnhart and a sister Deloris Collier.

She was the former City Clerk and Water Office Manager for the City of Mayflower.

She is survived by her children, Brenda Smith of Punta Gorda, Fla., Michael L. Comer of Mayflower, Kaye Sellers of Mayflower, Duanne Comer of Clarksville, John Fowler of Mayflower, Roger Fowler of Rogers; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorice Gieger of Hattiesburg and Marion Daughtry of Petal, Miss.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway with the Rev. Gary Hammer officiating. Burial will be in Mayflower Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tom Stathakis, Shawn Blackmon, Shain Fowler, Greg Wilkerson, Chad Collins and Donald Dodson.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
