The following judgments were recently handed down from Faulkner County Circuit Court:

• Terry Lynn Sledge Jr., DOB 12/25/1966, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering. Sledge was sentenced to 48 months probation.

• Robert Wheeler, DOB 12/18/1978, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Wheeler was sentenced to 36 months probation.

• David Michael Freyburger, DOB 10/6/1973, pleaded guilty to two counts possession of drug paraphernalia and one count failure to maintain records. Freyburger was sentenced to 48 months in a Regional Punishment Facility with an additional 36 months suspended sentence.

• Rebecca Humphrey, DOB 6/8/1985, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree battery. Humphrey was sentenced to 36 months in RPF.

• Jimmy DeWayne Freeman, DOB 10/1/1974, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Freeman was sentenced to 60 months probation.

• Bobby G. Glover, DOB 6/17/1965, pleaded guilty to manufacture/delivery/possession of marijuana and a hot check violation. Glover was sentenced to 48 months probation.

• LaToya Sheketa Smith, DOB 12/5/1980, pleaded guilty to three theft of property. Smith, who was on probation at the time of conviction, was sentenced to 120 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

• Gary I. Johnson, DOB 3/26/1971, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine. Johnson, who was on probation at the time of conviction, was sentenced to 144 months in ADC.

• Isreal Demont Credit, DOB 9/12/1966, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Credit was sentenced to 36 months in ADC with an additional 12-months suspended sentence.

• Stephen Farrell Chronister, DOB 8/17/1988, pleaded guilty to theft of property, breaking or entering and two counts fraudulent use of a credit card. Chronister was sentenced to 60 months in ADC with an additional 36 months suspended sentence.

• Christopher Wayne Sturgeon, DOB 2/10/1975, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, second-degree domestic battering. Sturgeon was sentenced to 60 months probation and 60 days in jail time served.

• Douglas E. Knierim, DOB 2/28/1966, pleaded guilty to three counts hot check violation, three counts failure to appear. Knierim ws sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 84 months probation.

• Mary Ann Thomas, DOB 12/2/1955, pleaded guilty to forgery, theft of property. Thomas was sentenced to 36 months in ADC with an additional 24-month suspended sentence.

• James Clinton Hall, DOB 4/18/1990, pleaded guilty to two counts theft by receiving. Hall was sentenced to 36 months probation and a 24-month suspended sentence.

• Brandon Oliver Moss, DOB 6/23/1990, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, two counts theft of property, fleeing on foot. Moss was sentenced to 84 months probation.

• Nellie Mae Avery, DOB 1/7/1958, pleaded guilty to hot check violation. Avery was sentenced to 48 months probation.

• Angel Howe Summerville, DOB 1/5/1968, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, fleeing in a vehicle causing danger. Summerville was sentenced to 24 months probation and a 24-month suspended sentence.

• Alicia Marie Nordengreen, DOB 5/14/1982, probation revocation stemming from 2007 possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance conviction. Nordengreen was sentenced to 48 months RPF.

• Donna Kay Robbins, DOB 7/7/1976, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture of a controlled substance, theft by receiving. Robbins was sentenced to 96 months in ADC.

• Richard Duane Cantwell, DOB 6/2/1983, pleaded guilty to manufacture/delivery/possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain records. Cantwell was sentenced to 24 months in RPD.

• Christopher L. Richardson, DOB 5/24/1973, pleaded guilty to theft by receiving, terroristic threatening. Richardson was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 60 months probation.

• Bret Lee White, DOB 6/21/1991, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. White was sentenced to 60 months probation.

• Jessica Dyanna Lombana, 6/18/1987, pleaded guilty to robbery, third-degree battery. Lombana was sentenced to six months in county jail and 72 months probation.

• Justin Edward Allen, DOB 11/3/1989, pleaded guilty to four counts theft of property. Allen was sentenced to 96 months probation.

• Ralph Franklin Riley Jr., DOB 6/24/1982, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Riley was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and 48 months probation.
