All nonessential Conway city offices, both sports centers, sanitation dept. will be closed Tuesday.
The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court on Monday:
• Xavier Davis, 18, 703 First Avenue, Conway, according to Davis’ statements in court. Aggravated assault, carrying certain prohibited weapons, purchase/possession of intoxicating liquid by a minor, public intoxication. Bond was set at $2,500 on the condition that Davis observe an 8 p.m. curfew. Pretrial was set for Feb. 4. Public defender Boyd “Skip” Tackett was appointed.
• Teresa Lynn Manning, 39, 1301 Clifton St., Conway, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Aggravated assault, public intoxication. Bond was set at $2,500. Pretrial was set for Feb. 4. No public defender was appointed.
• Eric Magall Criswell, 40, 124 Criswell Lane, Springfield, Ark., according to a FCSO jail intake report. Failure to appear for court proceedings relating to both 2006 hot check and 2009 theft of property charges. Bond was set at $2,000 cash. Pretrial was set for Dec. 12. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight will continue her appointment.
• Tonya Renea Hartwick, 33, 130 North Bolden Hill Road, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Felony possession of a controlled substance, two counts felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000 subject to parole holds. Pretrial was set for Jan. 21. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.
• Linda K. Boozer, 31, homeless, according to Boozer’s statements in court. Felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, two counts felony possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property. Bond was set at $10,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 21. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.
