RVGS to meet Nov. 19

The River Valley Genealogy Society (RVGS) is a newly formed group dedicated to developing and maintaining an extensive research library, provide educational opportunities for researchers, collect and publish appropriate historical records, and help to preserve important documents for the future. 

The RVGS serves the Arkansas River Valley area. This includes Conway, Faulkner, Van Buren, Perry, Pope, and Yell Counties. This group will be meeting Nov. 19, at 6:30 in the Farm Bureau Conference Room in Morrilton. 

The Farm Bureau building is located just off I-40 and Highway 9. For more information call Amanda Sefton at (501) 477-5159. If you are unable to attend but would like to join RVGS you can call that same number.
