St. Joseph recorded a sweep against Guy-Perkins in junior high basketball action Thursday.
The St. Joseph boys won 46-15, and the St. Joseph girls recorded a 33-12 win.
The Junior Bulldogs (2-1) got a game-high 18 points from Andrew Beck. Drew Bates and Andrew Kordsmeier scored 10 and six points, respectively.
Kordsmeier ended with six rebounds. Drake Cooper and Cole Schichtl added five and four rebounds, respectively. Beck ended with eight steals. Drew Bates and Landon Enderlin finished with four and three assists, respectively.
The St. Joseph girls (2-1) received a game-high seven points and five rebounds from Meagan Briggler. Rachel Ross scored six points and added four steals. Rachel Briggler ended with six points and Anna Mayor had four rebounds
SEVENTH GRADE
St. Joseph’s boys won 24-19 over Guy-Perkins, while the girls took a 18-8 victory.
Dylan Schrekenhofer led with a game-high 17 points.
The St. Joseph girls got four points apiece from Caroline Dail, Morgen Felts and Holly Rega.
