Chad Randall Hendricks
Chad Randall Hendricks, 38, of Conway, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.
He was born on Oct. 14, 1971, at Little Rock, the son of Randall Cole Hendricks and Jerri Ann Treadwell Hendricks.
He was preceded in death by his father; his maternal grandparents, Jerrell and Opal Treadwell; his paternal grandparents, Bill Sr. and Betty Hendricks; one aunt, Kathy Bearden; and one uncle, Roger Treadwell.
Chad was a Baptist in faith and worked as an office aide.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jerri Ann Hendricks-Gray and Ron Gray of Hot Springs; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Keri and Lance Reynolds of Bella Vista and Taryn Schuyler of Gainsville, Fla.; one stepbrother, Ronnie Gray of Benton; two stepsisters and spouses, Hope and Josh Boyett of Hot Springs and Nicole and David Edwards of Poyen; step-grandmother, Joyce Hendricks of Little Rock; step-grandparents, Elder Merwin and Thelma Gray of Bonnerdale; one niece, two nephews, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Elder Merwin Gray and Rodney Roberson officiating.
Interment will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
Pallbearers will be Jim Walker, Mike Duarte, Paul Fuller, Michael Moorman, Demarcus Virgies and Kedarin “Shawn” Tolliver.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Gentlemen of 31 Poplar, the staff of the Conway Human Development Center and the staff of Conway Regional Health System.
