Judgments: Faulkner County Circuit Court passes sentences on 15 cases

The following judgments were recently handed down from Faulkner County Circuit Court:

• Aaron L. Talbert, DOB 11/19/1986, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering, theft of property. Talbert was sentenced to 60 months probation.

• April Marie Cullum, DOB 12/4/1987, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Cullum was sentenced to 120 days incarceration and 36 months probation.

• Jacob Carl Hayre, DOB 10/9/1981, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without a license. Hayre was sentenced to 60 months probation.

• Charles Randall Hall, DOB 11/18/1984, pleaded guilty to possession of a defaced firearm, second-offence DWI, reckless driving. Hall was sentenced to seven days in county jail and 36 months probation.

• Jason Lee Heath, DOB 12/6/1985, pleaded guilty to first-offense DWI, refusal to submit to chemical test, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of a controlled substance, driving left of center. Heath was sentenced to 48 months probation.

• Lloyd Otto Rankin, DOB 7/28/1969, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of government operations, theft of property. These charges violated a probation set in reference to a 2008 possession of firearms by certain persons conviction. Rankin was sentenced to 96 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

• Tyrone D. Pillow, DOB 7/25/1971, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Pillow was sentenced to 84 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction with an additional 36 months suspended sentence.

• Adam MacKenzie Stewart, DOB 10/2/1987, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, two counts theft of property, criminal impersonation, criminal mischief. Stewart was sentenced to 12 months incarceration and 72 months probation. 

• Gregory DeWayne Canady, DOB 3/30/1974, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended/revoked license, fleeing on foot. Canady was sentenced to 120 months in ADC with an additional 60 month suspended sentence.

• DeMarcus C. Tucker, DOB 3/21/1988, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Tucker was sentenced to 48 months in ADC.

• Christoper Wayne Sturgeon, DOB 2/10/1975, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, domestic battery. Sturgeon was sentenced to 60 months in ADC and 60 months probation.

• Gaylon W. Jackson, DOB 6/19/1989, pleaded guilty to credit card fraud. Jackson was sentenced to 48 months probation.

• Aaron Scott Barber, DOB 6/11/1986, pleaded guilty to manufacture/deliver/possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Barber was sentenced to 48 months probation.

• Eric D. Crenshaw, DOB 5/6/1983, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear. Crenshaw was sentenced to 180 months in ADC.

• Edward Lee Palmer, DOB 1/17/1992, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, theft of property. Palmer was sentenced to a 120-day suspended sentence and 60 months probation.
