Chandler: God, you said it and I believe it

God, I love You. I need You every day, every hour, every second. Jesus, You are God! You are so loving, so kind, so forgiving, so merciful. You are all powerful! You are our healer, our provider, You are everything we need. You said in Your Word; by Your stripes we are healed. God, You said no weapons formed against us will prosper. God, You said greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. God, You said long life You will satisfy me and show me Your salvation. God, You said I shall live and not die declaring the works of the Lord. God, I believe Your Words are true. God, You are Almighty God, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob and the God of Moses. You are the God that said let there be light and light came out of darkness. You are the God that created the heavens and the earth and everything that’s in it. You are the God that hung the stars, moon and sun in the sky.

You are God and You can never lie. What You say is going to happen sooner or later. You are the God of truth. You are the God that said let us make man in our own image then You formed Man out of dust and breathed Your spirit into him (life). Then You said it’s not good for man to be alone and You put man (Adam) in a deep sleep and took a rib out of man (Adam) and made woman (Eve).

Jesus, You are the truth and the life. God, I believe every good and perfect thing comes from You. God, I believe You sent Your one and only begotten Son into the world to save us from our sins. I believe He died on that Roman cross and was buried and in three days got up out of that grave. I believe He is sitting with You right now in Heaven interceding for us. God, I believe the Lord our God is One.

God, You said the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but are mighty through God to the pulling down of stronghold, cast down imagination and every high thing that exhausts itself against the knowledge of God and bring in to captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. Jesus, I believe You are the resurrection, You are the risen Savior and one day we who believe and trust in You will be with You in Heaven.

Are you sure that you are going to Heaven? First, you must realize and acknowledge all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. You must realize and acknowledge that the wages of sin is death. All men die physically, but all men do not die spiritually.

You can be born again through Jesus Christ and be saved from the penalty of sin, which is an eternal hell, a place of “fire and brimstone: which is the second death”. (Revelation 21:8) Realize and acknowledge “Christ died for our sins” (I Corinthians 15:3). Jesus Christ paid the entire price on the cross for your sin. God set the price on sin, which was a perfect sacrifice, and then God Himself gave His own Son to pay the price. Realize and acknowledge “the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23).

God offers you freely His gift of eternal life. This gift is yours by believing in a risen Christ who arose on the third day and is alive forever more. Realize and acknowledge “whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13) Whosoever mean you! If you by simple faith will trust in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for your soul’s salvation, you can be 100 percent sure that you are going to Heaven.

Nothing else will do…not Church membership, not baptism, not confirmation, not communion. None of these things can save us from sin. Only Jesus Christ. Confess and ask. Pray this prayer…”Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. Forgive me for my sin and come into my heart and save me. Thank You for saving me. Never forget, God loves you and Jesus died for you! Amen…
