Political pie auction benefits Bethlehem House

Desserts from the 2016 Political Pie Auction are shown in this file photo. This year’s event begins at 6 p.m. Sept. 20 at Bob’s Grill. Proceeds benefit the Bethlehem House.

Local politicians and candidates for local offices will be serving their community, literally, by serving dinner at Bob’s Grill in downtown Conway located at 1112 Oak Street.

Proceeds from the Political Pie Auction will benefit Bethlehem House, Conway’s homeless shelter.

This year, the public servants will serve a meal of burgers, fries and a drink to the public.

The evening starts with dinner on at 6 p.m. Sept. 20, which will be followed by the pie auction at 6:30 p.m.

The event will wrap up at 8 p.m. or when the last pie is sold.

Tickets to the event are $10 and include the meal.

Tickets are available online at bethlehemhouse.net or at the door.
