Male students and their male role models enjoyed a fun night out Nov. 14 at Carolyn Lewis Elementary.
Dads, grandfathers, uncles and other father figures gathered together at the school and had friendly competitions among each other.
Flyers advised for everyone attending to dress in their “sportiest gear for a fun evening of games and learning.”
A post from the school’s Facebook page stated that in addition to sporting games, students and their guests also had the opportunity to explore Zuni Learning Tree.
During the event a half-time show occurred and everyone was treated to a popcorn and drink while they learned about volunteer opportunities and received an update on the new math curriculum at the school.
“We appreciate everyone that joined us last night and we hope that you had a great time,” the post reads.
