Conway School District students involved with the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy did some team building recently.
The group went to Jack’s Ultra Sports to play laser tag and then to an escape room then returned to Chick-fil-A for lunch where the owner, Alan Kizer, spoke to the students about what being a leader means.
The students concluded the day with a meal pack and the leader lab.
The leader academy is a national high school program which focuses on impact through action.
“The world needs more leaders who impact their local communities, and we believe high school students are the answer,” the restaurant’s website reads.
