Outback Steakhouse has moved locations in Conway to a state-of-the-art facility, which is now open.
“We’re honored to be a part of the Conway community,” Outback Steakhouse Managing Partner Jason Berger said. “We’ve opened up 60-plus new jobs. We’re definitely proud to be a part of that.”
To show support of the community, Berger said the restaurant donated a portion of its proceeds Wednesday.
“We are donating 50 percent of today’s sales to the American Red Cross,” he said. “We’re glad to be partnered with them.”
Construction on the new location started in March. It opened for business Wednesday.
The new location opened at 955 East Oak Street, next to Chipotle with a new building design.
The former Outback Steakhouse was located at 2310 Sanders Road near Tractor Supply Co., La Quinta Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.
