Man denies his arrest warrant, which is in front of his face

A man with a warrant out for his arrest did everything he could to not accept his fate.

A Conway police officer observed a man in the area of Elsinger Boulevard while on patrol. He said he had recognized him and checked to see if any outrstanding warrants were placed on the man. When one came back for failing to pay fines related to possession of drug paraphernalia, he was arrested.

At that point, the officer said the man became very uncooperative. The man kept telling the officer that there was no warrant and he had seen no warrant. Every time the officer tried to show him the warrant, then man would shut his eyes. The man refused to sign the warrant with the court date, and it was placed with his property at the jail.
