Burn Ban in effect for Faulkner County

Faulkner County has been placed under another burn ban.

The release from the Faulkner County Judge's office states:

"A duration of high wind, low humidity, and dry foliage has created an increased fire hazard for Faulkner County. As a result, County Judge Allen Dodson has issued a burn ban for Faulkner County until such time as the order is lifted. The hazard potential to life and property is such that a burn ban and prohibition against outdoor burning is declared until such time as this order is lifted.”
