Conway police search for suspect in Walmart shooting

Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night inside a Walmart in north Conway and left one person injured.

According to the Conway Police Department's calls for service log, officers were dispatched to the store, located at 1155 Skyline Drive, for a shots fired report around 9:57 p.m.

Department spokesperson La Tresha Woodruff confirmed one person was shot inside the store; however, the victim's condition was not released.

Woodruff said investigators were working to identify a suspect from video surveillance inside the store. Around 10:55 p.m., the department released two photos of the alleged suspect in the shooting.

The photo showed a black male in a black beanie and dark clothing entering the store Saturday night.
