Several events are coming up in downtown over the next few weeks.

This week downtown merchants will have various special attractions on Third Thursday. Kim Williams, director of the Conway Downtown Partnership, said Happenstance will play at Doe's Eat Place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. during Flair Hour (which is from 5 to 9 p.m.). Also, Michelangleo's will have a piano player in the bar area Thursday night, and a rooftop party at the restaurant will be from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., Williams said.

The week of July 27-Aug. 1 will be Downtown Dining Week. Several downtown restaurants will offer fixed price menus to attract new diners to the area

Moonlight Madness will be July 31, with many downtown merchants staying open until 9 p.m.

The Conway Farmers Market will make its move to downtown on Aug. 1. Farmers will be on the sidewalk in front of the American Management building on Front Street.
