Several Conway folks have been concerned about a Canada goose at a pond near College and Salem. It's close to Walgreen's.
According to a wildlife officer with the Game and Fish Commission, the goose has a piece of orange construction plastic caught around its neck. But the goose is swimming and flying well, and the wildlife officers and Conway animal control are unable to catch it.
Got any ideas?

hmmmm
Shoo it over to the golf course.
That outta fix it.
The environmentalist in me wants to pass regulations against orange construction tape.
On a serious note:
I used to cut the 6-pack plastic rings for the purpose of preventing that from happening.
Seriously though...
...unless you can locate someone who can catch it with a throw net, you may to find someone with the engineering ability to building one of these (on a smaller scale):

I got an email on this today.
I got an email on this today. I asked Fred P. to find out what was going on there and he said I was sending him on a "wild goose chase."
He thought it was hilarious.
I'm going to try to catch it, with Candie's help, this weekend.
We'll do a video.
Not to make light of the situation.
This has been bothering me all day.
Gotta fix this
I can't send that goose home with trash around his neck. I'll lose my citizenship! :)
