Just saw this article stating that Mayflower Elementary will be closed Monday so they can disinfect the school in an attempt to keep more kids from getting sick.
I guess it's that time of year again.
Yuck!

...the daycares will be filled to over-flowing Monday (and that any virus will spread even faster than it would at school).
But, if you have a co-worker missing Monday, this may be the reason.
1. All facilities will be disinfected
Good thing they do this after everyone is sick.
Because doing it daily would not make sense.
All Schools
All Mayflower Schools will be closed 10/22/2012 for disinfection. The illness that is in the elem school is spreading to all the other schools.
maybe
They were premature in lifting the boil order?

hmm
might be on to something! Didn't someone post that the school was asking parents that weren't affected by the boil order to bring in water? Who's to say they didn't get contaminated water if they never bothered to get bottled water instead.
Just let me be the first to say...
...I blame this illness on Mark Vaught.
School kids in Mayflower never got sick prior to Mark Vaught being elected.
OR
Tab Townsell flip-floping and running again for Mayor after he said he was not going to run.
Just call me...
Mark "SuperBug" Vaught from now on. ;)
Is It Too Late
To get it put on the ballot that way
Mark Superbug Vaught for County Clerk!!!!
ummm
did they ever think that maybe a crew should come in starting Friday night and do it over the weekend.
And are they sending a flyer home with all students discussing the importance of disinfecting their homes as well. After all, siblings could be helping to spread it.
