The biggest non-Oscar winner Sunday night?
Edgar Martirosyan, the owner of Big Mama's and Big Pappa's Pizzeria a mile and a half away from the theater, who delivered pizzas ordered by host Ellen DeGeneres.
Martirosyan thought he was just delivering the pizzas backstage to writers, but DeGeneres pulled him onstage and he served celebrities and Oscar nominees.
What's more, DeGeneres collected a $1,000 tip for him.
What's more, when he returned to this business, the line was reportedly out the door as workers scrambled to fill orders with two pizza ovens.
It added sauce to the evening.
And the biggest contributing artist who is no longer with us?
Isaac Newton, who developed the theory of gravity. The movie "Gravity" was one of the big winners.
And no one thanked him.
