Colonel Conrad Reynolds

This gentleman is running for the seat soon to be vacated by Tim Griffin. Being retired military myself, I'm wondering how he can make reference to his military rank (even though he is retired) while running for public office. He calls himself "Colonel Conrad Reynolds US Army (ret)" but actually (if he were doing it correctly according to military protocol) it should read "Conrad Reynolds, COL, US Army (ret)".

He says "he is a man you can trust" but seeing him do this makes me question his professional judgement. I'm betting this is a violation of an Army regulation that still applies to him even though he is retired.

Any military folks out there (retired or otherwise) want to jump in on this?  I could be wrong..

I will jump in on this....

French, is that you, buddy?

For the record, I'm in full compliance with Army regulations and election laws.

With Congress swarming over veterans' benefits like vultures, ready to steal what they've already earned, having Colonel as a big part of my campaign lets veterans know that there is someone out there that will stand up for them. It lets people know that there is someone running that has served this country honorably.

I still hold top secret clearances, so you bet you can trust me. I bet I'm the only one in the race who could pass a polygraph.

Feel free to contact my campaign.
