This gentleman is running for the seat soon to be vacated by Tim Griffin. Being retired military myself, I'm wondering how he can make reference to his military rank (even though he is retired) while running for public office. He calls himself "Colonel Conrad Reynolds US Army (ret)" but actually (if he were doing it correctly according to military protocol) it should read "Conrad Reynolds, COL, US Army (ret)".
He says "he is a man you can trust" but seeing him do this makes me question his professional judgement. I'm betting this is a violation of an Army regulation that still applies to him even though he is retired.
Any military folks out there (retired or otherwise) want to jump in on this? I could be wrong..
