Gaming tournament set in Conway
The Arkansas Regional Knockouts (A.R.K. III video game tournament, an event for competitive gamers coordinated by the Arkansas Fighting Network, will be from noon-11:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Conway Gaming Center, 2455 Washington, Ave.
The tournament is expected to attract about 150 gamers from seven different states (Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana). A.R.K. III is a collection of tournaments for the competitive gamers, as well as other attractions which cater to the less competitive people in attendance. The tournaments we are currently offering include Super Street Fighter IV (Singles and Teams), Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, Super Smash Brothers: Brawl (Singles and Teams), Super Smash Brothers: Melee (Singles and Teams), Arcana Heart 3, Def Jam Rap Star, and Dance Central.
