Second graders at Vilonia Elementary School rocked the stage, last week, as they performed Elfish and the Sleigh Riders. A rockin' holiday musical for young voices, Elfish, played by Ace Sewell, was among the many stars playing and singing.

A chili cook-off fundraiser to benefit the Museum of Veterans and Military History, downed by the April tornado in Vilonia, is set for Jan. 24. No chili, from a can' will be allowed on the premises, said organizer Clint Tucker.
